Azwad Ihsan & Co. (AICO) is a boutique litigation firm based in Johor Bahru. We are known for our direct, results-oriented approach in both civil and criminal litigation. Our civil practice covers a broad range of disputes, with particular emphasis on administrative law, defamation, and fraud-related claims. We have also conducted arbitration proceedings in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. On the criminal front, we specialise in capital punishment cases and anti-corruption offences. Khairulazwad Sariman (Azwad)

Fadhil Ihsan (Dale)
IDale’s practice spans civil litigation, with specific expertise in administrative law and defamation. He represents various government agencies and statutory bodies, and his work includes strata management and related disputes. He has appeared in arbitration proceedings in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Syahmi Nawawi
Syahmi is a civil and criminal litigator with a background in Shariah law. His practice includes tortious claims, defamation, and strata property disputes. He is known for his thorough preparation and practical advocacy.
